We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for IT graduates from uMfolozi TVET College to participate in a Work Readiness Programme that has recently been piloted successfully by GIZ.
The programme is designed to support IT alumni in their transition into the workplace and includes:
• Mock interview preparation
• Exposure to online workplace tools
• Assistance with creating professional online profiles
• Workplace readiness guidance and support
According to GIZ the feedback from the pilot sessions was overwhelmingly positive, with participants highlighting the practical value and confidence gained through the programme.
GIZ is now looking to extend the programme to partner Colleges and has expressed interest in collaborating with uMfolozi TVET College.
